Individual or 2 Person Yoga Private

Looking to deepen, begin, or receive a customized approach to Yoga? A private Palm Desert yoga session can be a beneficial way to do that. A one hour Yoga private can take place in the Golden Light Wellness studio or at your location. This will include personalized instruction, a breakdown of poses and/or concepts of the practice, and hands on assists.

Prior to the session we will have an in-depth conversation regarding your intentions, past and present medical history, and goals- allowing a completely customized approach to the practice.

Group Yoga Private Practicing Yoga as a group can be a wonderful way to bond with family, friends, colleagues, or celebrate special gatherings such as birthdays, bachelorette/bachelor parties, corporate events, retreats, anything at all! The Yoga experience will be brought to your group – home, AirBnB, rental, or event location space. Class styles are as follows: Vinyasa, Power, Gentle, or Yin/Restorative.
