 Sound Healing

A Sound Healing, often called a Sound Bath, takes you on a serene and introspective journey using a blend of calming instruments like singing bowls, chimes, gongs, ocean drums, and rain sticks. These instruments come together to create soothing melodies that resonate with both body and mind, offering a deeply immersive experience.

A study published in the Journal of Evidence-Based Integrative Medicine in 2016 found that sound meditation sessions, including the use of singing bowls, led to significant reductions in tension, anger, fatigue, and depression levels among participants.

Another study published in the Journal of Complementary Therapies in Clinical Practice in 2018 reported that sound therapy interventions, including sound baths, were associated with improvements in mood, relaxation, and overall well-being in individuals with various health conditions

Sound Healing

● Comfort is key! Individuals will typically lay down during the experience, however;
you can always choose a position that supports your body in the best way.

● Most people will turn to sound healing for its calming nature and natural form of
stress relief

● Sessions can be as short as 10 minutes to as long as 60 minutes

● Each experience can vary; depending on many personal factors

● While sound baths are generally considered safe for most individuals, it’s
essential to ensure they are compatible with your overall health and any ongoing
medical care you may be receiving.
